Emergency Room

Our Emergency Room is equipped to handle minor trauma and medical emergencies and is open 24/7.

Outpatient clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4pm, and on Saturdays from 8am to 12 noon.

Inpatient Services

Our rooms are all equipped with 2 beds. They can be taken on a private or shared basis. All rooms are air-conditioned with a private bathroom and equipped with Smart TVs and telephones. All rooms and bathrooms are linked to the nurses station with emergency call buttons.

Our Maternity Suite offers a private and homely environment for your time of confinement. We handle elective deliveries with your personal obstetrician.

Also available on request are long-term rooms for elderly patients and palliative care for the terminally ill.

Air Ambulance

Proactive has a wealth of experience in dealing with air ambulance transfers and we have a large dossier of reputable companies that we can call on for professional service. Air Ambulance transfers are available to Barbados, Trinidad and Tobago, and the United States.

Laboratory

Generally offering same-day results for routine blood work in Routine Hematology, General Chemistry and Special Chemistries.

Results in 3 to 10 days for Food Allergy Testing, Paternity Testing, and Micro Biology.

Results in 1 to 3 weeks for Pathology.

Via our affiliation with accredited laboratories throughout the region, we have the capability to perform a vast array of tests.

Pharmacy

Our onsite pharmacy offers prescription drugs for all of your needs.

General X-Rays, Specialized X-Rays (Barium Studies etc), Ultrasounds, CT Scans.
