Prescription Refills

To refill a prescription, send an email to PROACTIVE@PROACTIVEAMBULATORY.COM with the following information:

• Name

• Prescription Name

• Prescription Number

• Contact Telephone Number

We aim to fill all prescriptions the same-day once received before 2:30 pm. Please note that prescriptions are not filled on the weekends except in emergency cases, for which an after-hours surcharge is payable.
